At Splash Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
